Phone or FAX orders are welcome. Most items can be shipped same day if prepaid with VISA, MC, Amex or Discover Card. Otherwise send a cashiers check or postal money order. NO COD's please. California Residents must add sales tax.

Whenever possible, items are shipped the same day orders arrive. But do to uncontrollable circumstances such as: trout fishing, good beach weather, race cars to be raced, hot rods to be built, clam digging, or other general nonsense, please allow 1 week for delivery.

All Williams Lowbuck® Tools are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. When you receive your machine, feel free to bolt it down and give it a good test. If you don't care for the way it works, the way it looks or the box it came in - simply send it back for a full refund for the cost of the merchandise. BUT PLEASE - No refunds after 30 DAYS, it makes our bookkeeper mad as heck and no refunds on special order merchandise.

Canadian and other forgein orders are welcome. Please send an U.S. funds money order, Canadian Postal money order or use your VISA, MC, AMEX or Discover Card. No C.O.D.'s.

At Lowbuck we've spared no expense in equipping the Shop with a good used answering machine. You really should leave a message on the machine, because I can't always hear the phone ring - then I can return your call and we can talk on my dime instead of yours. The phone machine is set to go off after the fourth ring, so if you don't want to talk to the miserable thing, hang up before then. If you need your Lowbuck Tool yesterday, please order it today because I might go fishing tomorrow.

You are welcome to drop by Lowbuck to purchase something, but you should call first. It's a one man shop and sometimes I wander off.
