Finally there is a hand tool that quickly forms a bead on metal tubing to retain pressure hoses. Radiator, heater core, inter-cooler, fuel lines, vacuum plumbing, ducting, etc.

This tool can form a hose bead on steel, brass, aluminum, or copper tubing 5/8" OD and larger with a wall thickness up to .065, and annealed stainless with a wall thickness up to .030. The positive action, gear driven form rollers are designed for easy use with a crank handle (included) or rachet. It may be vise mounted or hand-held.

Bead Form Junior is used to form a mil. spec. bead on 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 inch tubing (8mm - 13mm)
Bead Form I produces a .050 tall bead on 5/8 O.D. and larger tubing
Bead From II is used on tubing larger than 2 inch to form a .080 tall bead
