This wheeling machine comes with 4 different radius, lower wheels and 1 flat upper wheel. We do not use a large 18 pound upper wheel because it just makes your arms sore. The contact patch on a small wheel is the same as a large wheel. Yes, the wheels are heat treated and roll on solid axles. No, it doesn’t come with the “C” Throat. But you already knew that.
