90 DEGREE FORMING DIES

Designed for the guy that has no other way to bend a 90 on a large piece of sheet metal, these forming dies might do the trick. By simply pushing the metal through these dies, a few passes will achieve a 90 degree bend. But hammer work or planishing will be required to remove the creases that the dies leave.
